Uncontrolable Psoriasis

I'm new to this site, but was wondering, does anyone on this site have psoriasis that cannot be controlled w/ointments or creams? I've tried 47 ointments & creams, but to no avail. Then my dermatologist tried Enbrel, Remicade, & 1 other self injectable drug that I cannot recall the name.
